Our bags are made from a mix of new and reclaimed denim, as well as other quality fabrics depending on the design.

Are your bags handmade?
Yes. Our bags are made in small batches in Brisbane from a mix of new and reclaimed denim, along with other quality fabrics depending on the design. Each piece is cut individually, so no two are exactly the same.

Why do the denim bags look slightly different?
Each bag is cut individually from new and reclaimed denim, so the colour, texture and fade vary from piece to piece. This variation is part of the nature of working with denim in small batches.

How do I care for my bag?
For denim bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and, if needed, a gentle cold hand wash. Do not tumble dry; line dry in the shade. Denim can naturally fade and may transfer colour onto light clothing or surfaces.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. If you've got a favourite pair of jeans you can't part with - or a fabric you love - we can turn it into a one‑of‑a‑kind R&V Tote Bag. Timeframes are flexible and can be discussed and agreed together.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Change‑of‑mind returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Custom orders are final sale unless faulty.
