Shipping policy

Shipping Policy (Australia) 

Effective for all purchases made through Romeo & Valentine. 

1. Shipping Rates 
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within Australia only.

2. Dispatch Time 
All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, QLD. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

3. Delivery Timeframes 
Delivery estimates via Australia Post:

  • Standard: 3–8 business days (metro)
  • Regional & Remote: 5–12 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

4. Tracking 
All orders include tracking. Delivery updates will be available via your Australia Post tracking link.

5. Shipping Address 
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels 
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

We also recommend contacting us at hello@romeoandvalentine.com so we can assist with any Australia Post investigations. We will assist where possible, but Romeo & Valentine is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

7. Faulty Items 
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@romeoandvalentine.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If confirmed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Packaging 
All orders are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your item arrives safely.
